VISTO Closes Acquisition of Good Technology

Two companies to operate as Good Technology
Good acquisition places broad OS and device support with access to any data source at the forefront of Consumer, Enterprise and Government market segments

The acquisition has reinforced VISTO's global lead in the mobile messaging market, and catapults the combined company beyond its competitors, to become, by far, the leading provider of device-agnostic global mobile messaging services.
