  • From the Good Customer Portal at www.good.com/gmp: Select Technical Support Home, then Submit, update and view incidents. Follow the directions and fill out as many of the fields as possible. This will better assist our Support agents in providing solutions to your issue. Once submitted, your incident number will be emailed to you. Support will then respond to your case based on the information provided.
